VoidGuild: Privacy Policy

Effective 12 October 2026 (version 0.69) · applies to the VoidGuild app on Google Play · Türkçe

VoidGuild is a single-player idle game. This policy explains what happens to information when you play it. The short version: the game itself has no servers, no accounts and no analytics, and the developer does not receive data about you. Some optional Google services used by the game (ads, Google Play Games, purchases) handle data under Google's own policies, as described below.

Your saved game

Your progress is stored on your own device, in the app's local storage. It stays there until you delete the app or reset the game. You can copy it yourself with Settings → Export save; that text goes only where you choose to paste it.

Ads (Google AdMob)

The game shows a video ad only when you choose to watch one for a reward in the Shop. There are no banners and no ads that appear by themselves. Players with the Supporter Pack never see ads.

The ads are provided by Google AdMob. When an ad is requested, Google may collect and process your device's advertising ID, an approximate location derived from your IP address, information about your device and how you interact with the ad, and diagnostic data, to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud. Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), you are asked for consent before the first ad, and you can change your choice later in the game (Menu → Privacy → Ad privacy choices). Learn more in how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your phone's settings (Google → Ads, or Privacy → Ads).

Google Play Games and cloud save

Signing in to Google Play Games is optional. If you sign in, Google provides the game with your Play Games display name, and your achievements are kept by Google. If you use Cloud save, a copy of your save is stored in your own Google account (Saved Games), where you can delete it through your Google account's Play Games settings. Automatic backups can be turned off in the game's Settings. This data is handled under the Google Privacy Policy; the developer cannot see it.

Purchases

In-app purchases (gem packs, the Supporter Pack and other packs) are processed by Google Play. The game receives a purchase receipt from Google Play only to deliver what you bought, and keeps a record of your one-time purchases in your save so they stay unlocked. Payment details are handled by Google, never by the game or the developer.

Notifications

If you turn them on (Settings → Notifications), the game schedules reminders on your phone, such as "a loot bag is full". They are created on your device; no information is sent anywhere to show them.

Bug reports and feedback

The "Report a problem" screen does not send anything by itself: it fills in an e-mail in your own mail app (or copies the text for you), and you decide whether to send it. The report contains what you write and, if you leave the option ticked, the game version, your device model, the game's language and a short summary of your progress. If you send it, the developer receives your e-mail address and that text, uses them only to look into your report and reply, and deletes them once the matter is closed.

Permissions

The app uses the internet permission only for the Google services above (ads you choose to watch, Google Play Games and cloud save, purchases), and the notification permission only if you turn notifications on.

Children

VoidGuild is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information in a bug report, contact the address below and it will be deleted.
