VoidGuild: Terms of Use

Effective 12 October 2026 (version 0.69) · Türkçe

These terms apply when you download or play VoidGuild. By playing, you agree to them. They work together with the Privacy Policy and the Google Play Terms of Service.

Your licence to play

You may install VoidGuild on your devices and play it for personal, non-commercial use. The game, its art, music, text and code belong to the developer (or are used under the licences listed in the game under Settings → Licenses & credits). You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.

Gems, packs and other virtual items

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are made through Google Play and follow Google Play's payment and refund policies. To ask for a refund, use Google Play (your order history) or contact Google Play support. If a purchase did not arrive in the game, contact the developer at the address below with the order number.

Ads

The game offers optional video ads for in-game rewards. The ads are provided by Google AdMob; the developer does not control their content. A reward is given only when an ad has been watched to the end, and the number of rewards per day is limited.

Fair play

VoidGuild is single-player. Please do not use cheats, modified versions of the app or tools that change purchases. The developer may refuse support for, or reverse items obtained through, fake purchases.

Your save

Your progress is stored on your device. If you delete the app or its data, your progress is lost unless you exported your save or use Cloud save with Google Play Games. Keep a backup: the developer cannot restore a lost save.

Changes to the game

The game is updated from time to time. Features, balance, items and prices may change. If the game is ever discontinued, the developer will try to give notice in the game or on the Google Play page in advance.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is". The developer does its best to keep it working but does not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost progress, arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
